Absolutely! As long as no alcohol is ever SOLD. Only ABC stores can sell spirits in North Carolina.
Yup! Tools, glassware, syrups, mixers, recipes, garnishes – everything to learn how to make a cocktail. However, no spirits per NCABC.
Pricing is $98 per person, minimum 6 guests and maximum of 10. Once a date is reserved (2 weeks in advance) and the deposit is paid – the night is yours! Payment in full for the class is due 48 hours prior to reserved date.
The host is responsible for ice because it melts during travel! Any liquid with any percent of alcohol must be provided by the host. DrinkMe NC will bring club soda, tonic, ginger beer, etc.

In-person classes are 6 people minimum and 10 people maximum. You must be 21 years old to participate. Smaller classes are sometimes available during the week.
Always! Fully bespoke menus can be arranged for an extra fee. As far as brands, that choice is yours. I do provide a list of recommended spirits. Supporting North Carolina distilleries is vital to their success, so they are included, also.
I’ll arrive about an hour before the class is scheduled to set up tools, glasses, etc. The class is 2 to 2.5 hours and about 30 minutes (or less) for me to pack up. As the host, your task is to talk to friends and family, drink a bit, point me to the kitchen sink, and drink a bit more. That’s the point – you are home! No dishes, no cleaning, or driving resulting in a DWI.
At your home! House, apartment, townhome – wherever you live, I can teach a class! It’s helpful for each person to have their own elbow room, be it seated or standing. Living room or Kitchen. Island or Deck. Dining room or Patio.
I offer an abbreviated class at noon on Saturday and Sunday, 1 hour and 2 drinks for $74 per person. It’s a great way to pre-game the day and learn something too!! Classes are 6 person minimum and 12 person maximum.
Classes in the Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Cary region are typically under an hour to reach (red circle). Regions a bit further out (blue circle) typically take about an hour to reach. Travel time outside these regions in excess of an hour will be billed at an hourly rate.

Never drink on an empty tummy. Always have something to eat and keep drinking water! It is recommended that hosts provide nibbles~crackers~nuts, or consider adding a cheese~cracker~charcuterie board via Domicile.
