DrinkMe NC brings a personalized cocktail class right to your living room. I’ll teach you the skills to mix cocktails with confidence.
Absolutely! As long as no alcohol is ever SOLD. Only ABC stores can sell spirits in North Carolina.
Yup! Tools, fancy glassware (no plastic!), syrups, garnishes – everything that’s needed to make 2 cocktails. However, no spirits per NCABC.
Hosts will provide ice, any beverage with alcohol or bubbles, and lots of ice, as it doesn’t travel well. Often, people already have a favorite Cava, sparkling wine, ginger ale, prosecco, sodas, etc. They should be what you already like to drink!
Pricing is per person, minimum 4 guests. Once a date is reserved and the deposit is paid – the night is yours! Payment in full for the class is due on Monday of the event week.
You must provide all alcohol (by law), 2-3 bags of ice, and any bubbles (Cava, ginger ale, club soda, sparkling wine, etc.)
I bring the rest – all the tools, fancy glassware, bitters, syrups – everything that’s needed to make 2 cocktails. Access to a sink to rinse tins and tools is also needed.

Classes average 6-12 people. There is a required minimum of 4 persons per class. You must be 21-years-old to participate.
I’ll arrive about an hour before the class is scheduled to set up tools, glasses, etc. A 2-drink class lasts about 2 hours. As the host, your task is to talk to guests, drink and have nibble or two. No dishes, no cleaning, no worries! Shorter single drink classes are sometimes available during the week.
At your home! House, apartment, townhome – wherever you live – I can teach a class! It’s helpful for each person to have some elbow room, be it seated or standing. Living Room or Kitchen. Island or Deck. Dining Room or Patio.

Always have something to nibble and water available for guests. Alcohol on an empty stomach is never a good idea – so eat go ahead and eat before the class. And during the class, too.

We understand that life can throw curve balls. If you need to cancel or reschedule your in-person class, you can do so free of charge as long as it’s more than 7 days before your scheduled event date. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your class, there is a $100 cancellation fee.
